Leaks less than two months after install

Like the product, easy to install, but both faucets started leaking the past two days, causing damage to cabinets, and still waiting to see about the ceiling below. The return window was 6 days past but Ebay took care of us so THANK YOU Ebay. I thought perhaps an install issue on my end but seems odd for the amount of water that pooled in 6 hours that we wouldn't have damage everywhere, so thinking both must have failed as it happened with both sinks in the past couple of days.

Pros

Love how easily the handles open and close. Husband was able to install without issues

Cons

The black finish may show water spots and fingerprints easily, requiring constant cleaning
