Great Customer Service!

Although I DO wish the instructions were step by step, as opposed to a diagram.Installing this went very smoothly.until I ran into an issue with the brass coupling on the cold water lever. The hose would NOT screw into it. The 3 other hoses fit perfectly in place.Frustrated, I contacted the manufacturer and explained my problem. I honestly didn't expect to hear back from them for several days, but they reached out to me within hours!They requested my address and shipped me a new cold water…

There's a huge hole!

Unfortunately I can't even return this product because I bought it several months ago and it has taken a long time to get the bathroom remodeling done. We're finally ready to hook up all the plumbing under the house, and the drains on the sinks have a huge hole in the pipe. They are calling it an overflow hole but where would the water go? What sink on the planet has a place for that water to go that does not hook up to that pipe? I've never seen anything like this, but if I put it on, all the…

Easy to install and works great

Any time I am getting something that I have to install in my home, I am a little skeptical. This faucet, however, went in very easily and there were no bugs. It was no more difficult to install than a standard faucet so as long as you have those basic plumbing skills, you should have no problem putting this faucet into your sink. This system has a "waterfall" opening so it is a little lower pressure than normal, however, the volume of water is not a problem and washing hands is not a problem at

Leaks less than two months after install

Like the product, easy to install, but both faucets started leaking the past two days, causing damage to cabinets, and still waiting to see about the ceiling below. The return window was 6 days past but Ebay took care of us so THANK YOU Ebay. I thought perhaps an install issue on my end but seems odd for the amount of water that pooled in 6 hours that we wouldn't have damage everywhere, so thinking both must have failed as it happened with both sinks in the past couple of days.

Exactly what I wanted

Heavy duty. Not a flimsy cheap faucet. Over half the price of big chain stores.excellent quality product. Everything you need in box. Wanted a faucet that stuck out more into the sink base And this is perfect. If you like the style, you will love this faucet set.

This looks like an RV faucet

The install was pretty simple. Fit and finish was pretty good. You have no idea how small this is!I am still trying to get my head wrapped around this. I understand this is not a premium faucet but it still should be standard size or larger.

A little disappointed

You will need putty for this not the rubber thing it comes with. I had a leak so my plumber had to install the putty. I've had this for a few months now & the faucet is now dripping. It's beautiful but not that great of quality

nice but dont last on my review.

This a nice faucet, easy to install, but after a few months the problems started, we had already a few times we cannot stop the hot water, today we almost had to stop main water pipe until we figured out temporarily to stop the water.
