Review on Sales Talent Agency by Dave Hammon

I worked at this agency for almost two year in both as an Account Executive (AE), then eventually becoming Director Of Business Development before leaving due my personal reasons - however they were great during that time! They are very professional but also fun-filled when working together towards achieving goals/targets set by you or your team manager(if applicable).

Nothing really comes across negatively about them so far although sometimes it's difficult getting into work mode without being distracted from other things happening around me if there is no direct reporting line like mine. Their service was good overall though not perfect since some times could be better upon receiving feedback after submitting application form online etc., maybe more efficient system should've been implemented such us sending out reminders via email regarding submission dates? Also need improved process where applicants can make payments themselves rather than having agents do all transactions which takes much longer especially considering how busy AE schedules get.
