Review on Non Toxic Piece ABC Foam Mat by David Everett

I have just received the product and the label clearly states not for use on children under the age of 3 due to small parts! It is clear that these are huge parts. why is this a warning? Can it be chewed and swallowed by children under 3 years old? It's advertised as great for toddlers questions say it's great for one year olds 100% certified for all ages. and then i get it with this warning? I sent a question to the manufacturer and will update with news. UPDATE: The manufacturer was very nice, responded quickly and refunded the money without even asking me. However, they could not dispel my doubts as to whether I could use this with children under 3 years of age. So I will keep it in the closet until my child is 3 years old. The material is good and looks great, I would give 5 stars if I could use it now.
