This is a very snug fit. I know it's for swimming. But, I use it with my waist trainer and workout. It was a little difficult for me to put on at first because I have huge arms. But once I got it on, it was ok. Not too tight but tight enough to make my arms sweat, which is goo for me since I want to slim them down. I didn't take any picture. After a 20 minute workout in this and my waist trainer, I was hot and just wanted to get out of it and shower. I'll try and upload pics another time. As of right now, this is a good top to have.
