Beautifully made hand grinder. Large and robust. The burs allow for very rapid grinding (30-45 seconds) for espresso grind. Unfortunately, that same speed results in some effort being required to crank the grinder. That's a tradeoff I am very willing to make. Fit and finish are excellent. Clean-up is very easy. Loading beans may require a quick swipe with an espresso brush to get the beans to fall into the chamber. Adjustment is super easy. First day I owned it I stripped it down completely and re-calibrated it with no problems on reassembly. You-tube is your friend. I use it exclusively for espresso with no problems. Note that 1zpresso has new recommended starting ranges for espresso of 1.7 to 2.0. This through me off at first. Currently at 1.85. Highly recommend this grinder.
