I like that we have been able to find candidates more quickly than ever before in our industry! They are always very responsive as well which is important when you work remotely from time zones across different countries (we're located all over Europe). It can be difficult at times finding qualified people who meet your needs but it's still better then having no one available or waiting too long after submitting an application online/offline through other recruiting agencies. We've had some issues where there were not enough applicants submitted within their timeframe though this has improved since they started using Facebook ads earlier last year - so perhaps try advertising outside of LinkedIn? As mentioned above bottlenecks team member support via phone calls if needed instead. Recruiting staff members around various locations working remote hours; allowing us access into local markets without being restricted geographically due to office location constraints.
