I have been battling knee pain for a bit and it has been a giant downer as I really enjoy running on the Peloton tread and spinning on the Peloton bike. After getting properly fit for the bike, that was a huge step in the right direction. But, I kept getting pain in my knees post runs to the point I would have to take some time off and rely on walks mostly.A friend of mine recommended these knee straps and they have CHANGED THE GAME back to my favor. I can now run without pain during and especially after. I’ve done 20min and 30min sessions and the results have stayed the same in terms of no pain. They stay in place as well and aren’t nearly as bulky as a full knee sleeve.I wear them on my skin, but I see others saying it’s beneficial to have a thin layer on as well. I find them comfortable without the thin layer and they are not causing any skin discomfort of any kind. Take some time to find the proper tightness and you’ll avoid any type of calf issues or stress issues altogether.I would highly recommend these to anyone who has been searching for an answer to their knee pain with running.
