If you've ever dealt with old hardened plastic plugs, you know how frustrating it can be when you press the power-off tab and hear a loud click. It breaks your heart and sometimes your wallet. Pinning a broken tongue to a fork that won't snap is agony. You have to get a new one, unpin the old one, and pin the new one back on. If you're older and have arthritis in your hands, unplugging those electrical connectors is awful, I can't squeeze them tight enough, and the needle nose pliers can't get the right angle. This tool is a lifesaver, easy to use, good working angle, quick grip, tongue off and plug out, no more broken tongues or broken fingers. The only complaint I have is that it would be great if the tips of the pliers had a rubberized or soft non-slip surface. It's a pain when the thing slides on the plastic, but I can live with that, maybe I'd put some tape on it. it's for better grip.
