I really like this tap! I have long wanted a pull out kitchen faucet with sprayer to replace our traditional 3 hole faucet. It works well. The hardest part was removing our old double handle faucet! I took it slowly, reading and reading the instructions again. The instructions are a little ambiguous in places so tread carefully, but all went well and with careful attention everything went perfectly. I don't know how to do anything with my hands so I was glad I did it without a plumber! Some of the reviews are correct. The soap dispenser is made entirely of plastic, but is well made. The hot/cold ratio is a little touchy due to the tighter, easy-to-move knob, but that's not a problem for us as we don't keep our hot at an unsafe level (there's a safety feature/button in the knob that can limit see the extremes of hot and cold, which I left out). We quickly got used to adapting hot and cold to needs. It's well done. It's a bit noisier than our old one I think because the water runs through a flexible extension hose, and there's also a weight underneath that lets it retract when it's off.
