The team is great! They are knowledgeable experts who have done it before so they know how you can solve problems quickly (and affordably). If there's anything wrong we get straight back into fixing things without delay or any unnecessary cost for us as their customers - very refreshing after many years where companies always make excuses why something cannot be fixed fast enough etc. There isn't much i dislike about them other than perhaps some people might find working from home rather isolating & lonely but once again not sure if thats personal preference more likely down t othe type/people around me /timezones ect? Definitely recommend Icon when looking fotr expert services like ours-they helped bring my product out earlier which reduced costs significantly.-.
