Review on SammyEHR by Bim Cook

I like how easy it is to use this software as compared with other medical record systems such as Centricity or Meditech which are more complex in design but also have additional features not available here (at least at my practice). My only issue so far has been getting used to navigating their menus instead of looking up information online! It's nice having everything all together rather than searching multiple platforms. There really isn't anything i dislike about using Sammy yet - seems very user friendly! We've had some minor issues trying figure out what they need from us when we submit an application/requesting insurance cards etc., however these were resolved quickly by our Customer Service team. The ability to track patients through your office can be useful during times where you're seeing several different doctors within one day versus waiting until next week is helpful if time permits.
