Installed on my desktop and Microsoft Surface Pro 4. I have a USB mouse (Logitech M705 Wireless Interface) and a Kinginston USB keyboard connected to TESmart via an Insignia USB 3.0 hub Switching via USB port. On Saturday (September 14th) when only my desktop was connected, the keyboard and mouse stopped interacting with the desktop. Reset (turn on) your computer and the HDMI/USB switch and it will happen again. This also happened twice today (Sunday - September 15). Tried moving keyboard and mouse to mouse and keyboard port with HDMI/USB switch with same problem. The keyboard and mouse work great when connected directly to the desktop as well as when connected to the desktop through an Insignia 3.0 USB hub. Same with my Surface Pro 4
