I urgently needed a cloakroom because my new apartment didn't have a cloakroom at the entrance. After reading a few reviews and knowing what manufacturing flaws to expect I was hesitant but then bought it. I recently received my Black Belt Six Sigma certification and was amazed by the quality of this product. Instructions first: great, very easy. Listed hardware is 100% with a set of additional screws and washers. The assembly was very impressive as the alignment (SS) of the product received was perfect. It is very important that the holes are not too tight (which will expose the Phillips head) and that the two holes are not loose which can cause the bits to wobble. Assembled in less than 15 minutes, all parts are correctly assembled, the hanger is very educational. I am a very happy customer. It is exactly as pictured and the product is very well made.
