The support is excellent, they are responsive to any questions or issues we have had with our instances over time and even help us setup new instances when needed.

They do charge for bandwidth so it can be expensive if you use more than 1gb/day. I've been running all of my personal web servers (including this one) off of ramnode since 2013. It has never failed me once in those years, which is important given that some other providers did not hold up their end of things during an outage like they said they would.
