Review on 🎨 Koi Watercolor Kit, Sakura Pocket Set - Pack of 1, 48 Vibrant Colors by Tara Holloway

I paint one picture a day so expect to go through a lot of watercolors. I didn't want to use my white nights and sennelliers for everyday painting so I settled on a set of 48. They are wonderful - so attractive and the packaging and bright colors. The only thing they're not very good for is wet washing. The paint tends to be grainy. So I wash the background with White Nights watercolors and then paint over the details with that and some metallic from my Gumby paints. It works well and these colors last a long time. After that I plan to use the palette for storing watercolors in tubes. Love it! I'm also thinking about trying plein air painting. You are just so tempting. they ask me to take them outside!
