I've been ASE certified in Electrical Diagnostics for 33 years so I walked a few meters. Since losing my high-end flukes in an accident 20 years ago, I've gravitated toward cheaper (less painful if lost or damaged) gauges. The reasons for this are the LED screen, which makes it very easy to read, and the ability to use auto-ranging or manual settings. Autoranging has given me some trouble in the past so I prefer the manual settings which make this easy. It's also easy to use autorange if desired. Overall this is a really good gauge, accurate and easy to use. Ridiculously cheap for what it can do if you know what you're doing. No complaints at all, except that with the included wires you can't screw the fasteners on like good alligator clips do, but that's pretty minor, I have a few spares anyway.
