This appears to be the strongest non-exotic glue I've tested. (I'm talking steel-to-steel tensile strength.) By exotic adhesives I mean cyanoacrylates, two-part adhesives, and anaerobic adhesives. weakest: Chemlink M-1Duco CementE6000Loctite Go2Elmer's Glue-All MaxGorilla Construction AdhesiveElmer's Probond AdvancedDevcon Contact CementBeacon Quick-GripPliobondLoctite PL Premium Construction AdhesiveBeacon Power-tacBeacon Multi-Grip Although it is polyurethane, its smell is like the smell of cement in tube I very similar used as a boy for plastic models. I let it dry for 3 days but the packaging says it can take 96 hours to fully cure. says it contains "silica, crystalline quartz," so grinding it is probably very bad for your lungs. Be sure to apply petroleum jelly or lip balm to the threads of the tube to prevent the glue in the container from setting.
