Bad design for building materials

Bad design. On first use, the fabric slipped off the plastic edge due to the weight of the water and some dirt (leaves). If I had known this was going to happen I would have taped the fabric to the rim. Damn. I figured this was the perfect solution to keep dirt from clogging my overall pump.
