Very firm, nothing like the very flexible cushions I'm used to. Doesn't conform to the body at all as I expected.
I have had several plush pillows over the years and love them for their ability to conform to the body and support areas that need it. That's what I expected from this pillow, but it's not what I got. The materials and quality of this product are excellent, much better than I expected but it is actually a VERY hard pillow that does not fit my head and neck as much as I need to support my neck. while sleeping. Overall I am very disappointed with this pillow.
