PRO: it's quiet. It heats the drink while mixing. Turns off automatically. Can make one serving or up to 4 cups. A little awkward to clean, but not difficult. CONS (reasons for rating): Not as foamy as described or as some reviews suggest. Definitely does NOT make it creamier than the product already has. It's just NOT THE "BEST" hot chocolate maker. It's just convenient because it mixes and heats at the same time. That being said, you'll get the same or BETTER results if you do it the traditional (multi-step) way and use a mixer to whip. My search continues. I'm looking for the convenience of this product but with much better end results. If you're okay with "regular" hot chocolate made in one simple step, you'll love this product. If you're looking forward to "creamy" and "frosty" like me, you might be just as disappointed as I am. This is definitely a RETURN.
