You will need to finish assembling the Schrader valve cartridge and Milton M style air hose connector. I haven't had any leaks from the Schrader valve cartridge when installed on the tire valve stem, the brass cartridge appears to be of good quality. The same applies to leaks at the hose connection in combination with a Milton brand quick coupling. I give this 4 stars as it restricts airflow when the tire is full (much more than my old Milton air liner). I inflated four .5 ton pickup truck tires from 25psi to 35psi and it took about a minute for each tire to inflate to 10psi.
