I love that this is available in multiple languages as soon as it's released. It takes some time before you can work with all features/functionalities of any chatbot but once implemented we saw great results! We were able to make our customer care much more efficient by automating almost everything possible within our website or mobile application (iOS & Android). This included support tickets from users who are not aware how to solve problems themselves, handling orders through several different ways etc. Nowadays most people have smart speakers like Alexa / Siri at home which makes them even easier to interact with since they are always nearby. A lot was already solved when implementing a bot. But there might be still room for improvement regarding certain aspects - especially those related to personalization. You need some training for working with bots so take your own learning path.
