I like all of it! They make every process so simple - from scheduling appointments with my doctor & dentist right through booking flights or hotels when travelling in Europe etc!! It's great that everything can be done online as well- they have helped me get more clients booked which is important since this business relies heavily upon referrals / word of mouth recommendation (I am not paid by them). Easy-to use and open source AI powered platform

I love that this is available in multiple languages as soon as it's released. It takes some time before you can work with all features/functionalities of any chatbot but once implemented we saw great results! We were able to make our customer care much more efficient by automating almost everything possible within our website or mobile application (iOS & Android).
