I like all of it! They make every process so simple - from scheduling appointments with my doctor & dentist right through booking flights or hotels when travelling in Europe etc!! It's great that everything can be done online as well- they have helped me get more clients booked which is important since this business relies heavily upon referrals / word of mouth recommendation (I am not paid by them). Also being able know what happens at each stage means you don't need multiple emails back/ forth if one thing goes wrong; just click "reschedule" once then go off doing other things until your appointment date comes around again :) So easy! Nothing really bad about HATCHER but some features would help people who are new users especially those used only chat platforms such Instagram messenger WhatsApp WeChat whatsapp group chats ect.. The customer support is very helpful and fast! They are always there to help us with any question that we have about our product. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a similar service. Their customer support is amazing! It's been a great experience working with them and we haven't had any issues at all. We needed help building out our website and they were very prompt in answering questions and getting everything set up.
