I have an old car with only a front cigarette lighter socket and no USB ports. So if you're looking to expand your cigarette lighter charging options, this is a great splitter. It adds 2 cigarette sockets as well as 2 USB (3.0) ports and a USB-C port, and also has 2 buttons to turn each light socket on and off individually. The adapter is also fairly sturdy and adjustable, fitting into the cigarette lighter very snugly with no wobbling. So far all ports are working fine and I like that it lights up so I know it's on. I am currently using a cigarette lighter socket for the dash cam and both USB sockets for phone charging and seat cooling. And it's great to have extra ports if you need them. Definitely recommend getting one.
