The product itself seems pretty solid and stays in place. The voltage indicator appears to be accurate. The main reason I bought this device was the USB-C charger. This is very inconsistent. Sometimes it loads and sometimes it shows that it's loading but actually doesn't do anything. I'm using a brand new Apple cable so I doubt this is the problem.
