This is the second TRENDnet print server that I have purchased and the third that I own. I bought TRENDnet again thinking it would be easier for me to set up the system than trying to buy another brand. I tried to set up the print server by following the standard setup wizard installation instructions, but it didn't work. Eventually I broke down and had to call TRENDnet customer service. As soon as I spoke to the technician, they instructed me to connect him and my computer to my WiFi router using a Cat 5 cable. I also had to uninstall my antivirus software. After that I was able to set up the print server, reinstall the antivirus software and set it up to recognize my print server. I would give it 5 stars because it works as advertised and I can use my scanner as well, but the installation difficulties are medium to difficult. I have a Cannon MF4150 printer and have it installed on several computers in my home. I hope this helps future print server buyers.
