I just installed this unit last night and I have to say I'm really enjoying it so far. It does exactly what is expected of it and seems to do it very well. My only concern is that the external source toggle button on the end of the USB cable for switching between two HDMI sources looks VERY cheap and is 100% plastic. It certainly works well, but feels very brittle in my hand when in use, and I'm a little concerned that it won't last long and will eventually break. It would be much better if this switch was metal. If that were the case I would give this product a 5 star rating. It will be interesting to see if this switch holds up over time. Just in case, I'd like to try and find another one of those toggle button cables, but this product doesn't provide a phone number or email address for the actual manufacturer, so that would be impossible. Unfortunately, there is no second physical switch button on the box itself. So if your switch button cable breaks, you'll either have to try to open it up and fix it yourself, or just order a whole new KVM switch. (Some other products offer a second/backup toggle button on top of the KVM box so you can switch the source if you want. It would be nice to have this feature on this unit too. Other brands they offer, are a bit more expensive than this, probably because they include this handy feature) Other than that, it's an amazing product, especially considering the price. Mine worked like a charm right out of the box. I'll just have to wait and see how this plastic external switch button holds up over time. If you get one, my only advice is to be as gentle with that plastic switch as possible when changing sources, and for as long as you can. If you're the kind of person who keeps pressing every key you keep pressing, this product may not be for you.
