CallPilot is a very feature-rich call center platform

I like that CallPilot integrates with many of our existing systems. The ability to seamlessly connect with our CRM and marketing automation systems is a huge plus. The interface is also very simple and easy to use. I dislike that the system is not as intuitive as other dialer platforms. There are some things that are not intuitive for us and we have to do a lot of trial and error to figure out how to use it. The system has many features and capabilities. I wish it were a little more intuitive, but the system does a good job of explaining how to use it. It has been great for us to be able to seamlessly integrate with all of our other systems.
