Review on SaaStr Fund by Michael Glassburn
SaaS is a Software as a Service model where software is provided over the internet instead of installed on a client’s computer.
Our partner was recommended to us by another firm, who said he has invested successfully in similar ventures, and that we should definitely consider him if we want to make an investment in the space. After doing our due diligence (we got 3 firms' recommendations), we decided to go ahead and sign up with SaaStr, who offered us a no-strings attached term sheet with a competitive offer. In short, we got great terms with high liquidity, and an incredible co-investor (with whom we've already had fruitful discussions). We'll see how it goes. But overall, a fantastic experience so far!
