Saastr is a marketing platform that allows you to track the performance of your marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

We have worked with Josh and his team twice now, once for one of our portfolio companies and again for another company that was previously an investor in ours. Both experiences were fantastic. Josh and his team are incredibly smart, thoughtful, responsive and generous with their time and advice. They will go above and beyond to help you get the most out of your investment. Pros
  • A nice platform that lets us understand our customers' preferences and what we should be focusing on.
  • Salespeople who come up with fun ways to connect with customers.
  • The reporting is really insightful and shows us what works and what doesn't.
Cons
  • It's hard to find people to answer questions when we don't know how to word things.
  • The analytics reports are too complex and hard to read, and require a lot of knowledge about R or SAS programming.

Great Service, Great Team, Excellent Follow Up After Sale.

Our experience was great - great service, great team, and excellent followup after the sale. They took care of everything (including incorporation). We were impressed by how fast they responded to inquiries and how well they explained things to us. They followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! Their sales process is streamlined and painless; it's a very straightforward process once you're through the first step which I would recommend as most companies will require

SaaS is a Software as a Service model where software is provided over the internet instead of installed on a client’s computer.

Our partner was recommended to us by another firm, who said he has invested successfully in similar ventures, and that we should definitely consider him if we want to make an investment in the space. After doing our due diligence (we got 3 firms' recommendations), we decided to go ahead and sign up with SaaStr, who offered us a no-strings attached term sheet with a competitive offer.
