There is no cap on the bottle - everything is scattered in the package

Rating only for the bottle cap or its absence. The package (Revain bubble wrap bag) was sealed and undamaged. However, about a third of the composition has leaked inside. The weird thing is that THERE WAS NO CAP ON THE BOTTLE AND IN THE BOX. Yes. Someone packed an expensive bottle of cleaning solution without a cap. As expected, the paper seal on the top of the bottle broke during shipping and the contents spilled all over the packaging. I'll write a review about (what's left of) the composition after trying it. Unfortunately, there is no time for returns and exchanges.
