TLDR on the bottom Considering the entry price point for ultra wide monitors, I was excited about the price of this monitor and the features it offers. I started with an IPS display that was about half the price and was shocked by how much I downgraded it. feel on par with my previous 16:9. Two notable issues were red-green halos and image quality. When trying to tweak it, my main concern was to reduce the red/green halos. I've heard that VA panels are prone to severe ghosting, but hovering Explorer over the background was too much for me, let alone the many games I've tested at various settings. The overdrive settings looked like little improved in some games/instances, while in others there was no difference in my opinion. The picture quality was too sharp. At 1080pUW I don't expect a dramatic change in sharpness, but in my opinion the monitor sharpened the image dramatically and only slightly reduced changing the settings. It didn't seem intrusive at first, but the longer I used this monitor, the more I could see it regardless of the scenario. The packaging was good, the ultrawide flavor was phenomenal, but the panel was less than desirable in my eyes. . For those who love its looks
