I liked how easy it is when you're first starting out with your corporation/LLC process! It was very simple to set up my initial documents (incorporation).

The customer service has been amazing too--they are always quick to respond via email so there aren't any surprises later down the line. There isn't much at this point; however if they do add more features then I would be happy to use them again. This product allowed me to get started quickly without having to worry about everything myself like some other products require additional fees / costs from elsewhere.
