I'm a size 4 (top)/6 (bottom), 5'8", 140 lbs. My waist (belly) is 27" (thighs) 32" (hips/guns) 39 1/2" (bust) 34 sc. I ordered the small (I'm the heaviest. I usually weigh about 134 pounds and minus a few inches) and it was tight but ok. I was thinking medium but was afraid the top would be too loose. I bought this for a vacation and I loved it because I could wear it through the shorts without feeling too vulnerable, if you have a lot of "butt" you may need to size up. I hope it helps.
