A little difficult but very cute!
Unlike other miniature kits I've made, the instructions are illustrated rather than photos which is a bit frustrating. You also have to cut the roof parts yourself, but this is quite easy to do with the supplied sandpaper and a little patience. Otherwise it's pretty easy, but it's best if you build some simpler sets first!
