One of my dogs lets me do what I want with it and will easily take a dog toothbrush to the end, both on the inside and outside of the teeth. What an angel! My girl, not so much, although I've been brushing her teeth since she was a puppy and she's almost nine years old. She will accept the brush on the outside of her mouth, but inside she will only let me do the tips. But she will pick me up easily using those little finger brushes at the bottom of her mouth up to her molars. They're a bit difficult to wash as the paste doesn't come off easily, but I'm glad I can finally get back in with minimal fuss. I'm glad I found her.
