I can't successfully brush my dogs teeth if I can't feel their teeth under my finger. Otherwise it's just hit or miss. These microfiber fingerbrushes fit snugly and do their job well, and dogs are much more likely to brush their teeth this way than a foreign object stuck in their mouth.

They will work great but the reason I have to give this product three stars is that they are a little thick. I'm not good at putting them in my Chihuahua's mouth, but he prefers them to the soft brush I use. I believe that with a large work area they will work very well on a large breed dog.
