I suffer from strictures and bone spurs in the upper neck. I ordered this to add to the headrest on a Toyota Hylander. I used it on a 1500 mile round trip to Venice, Louisiana and the support worked great. It is soft, comfortable and attaches to the headrest in two positions (up or down) with two elastic straps. After 23 hours of driving I had minimal neck pain. Some head restraints push the head forward and cause pain, but this neck restraint fills the gap. I can't guarantee it will work that well on all vehicles, but it definitely saved a day on my trip.
