THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, I will change the rating as soon as I get a reply. The screen is beautiful and clear.1. There is a dead spot in the middle of the scene, which is about 25% below the top edge and stretches horizontally across the entire screen. Would like to solve this if possible. Is this an installation issue or a hardware issue and I need to order a replacement? 2. There is an EMF shield that fits over the socket where the cable connects to the center edge of the screen. The screen housing is a different size on the Surface Pro 4 screens I'm replacing and neither your separately ordered cable nor this screen came with the correct screen cover. How can I get this piece or any suggestions on how to secure the connection and cover?
