I love the bamboo memory foam pillows. I take them with me when I travel because they are very practical. They adapt to any shape you want. If you need extra support in the neck area, get extra support there. If you like a pad between your legs to keep your body aligned, it's easy to use as you can crush the material where you need it. Even my little poop loves laying on one of these because he can snuggle up in the middle of all that soft comfort. I sleep on my back and on my side (never on my stomach so I can't speak about that position) and it suits any sleeping position I want. Simplicity.
