I was afraid of the size because all the reviews are mixed, so I suggest going up a little, not down. For example I'm 5 inches and 133 pounds and I ordered L and it was perfect because I don't think this corrector should be too tight and if you use it while working from home you have more reasons need some space for that. but technically I could use M but I'm glad I didn't because it would be a nightmare not only on the butt but also on the arms. I will update my review later when I try the product more to see if it suits me Back pain has decreased. updated 09/24/20; I use it every day for half an hour at different times of the day and it is very helpful. I like it.
