Best tool I've bought in a long time. I was a little wary of spending as much as I did. I have used hand and power drills in the past with great frustration and not very good results. This tool was easy to use. It was easy to set up and went down the drain so quickly. I recommend that you come prepared with dishwater and a rag. Plums are unpleasant, smelly and dirty work. While the manual doesn't specifically mention using ground drains, you'll be fine if it's a short chase. I have a repetitive slow floor drain. That's always a problem, and the washing machine only makes it worse. These little guys broke right through. I've sent it 3 times just to be sure, smooth and effortless each time. The money I spent on this tool has already paid off. A support call would cost over $250. If you're standing on a fence, do it. This is where Rigid is a great tool.
