Review on Paracord Fluorescent Reflective Guyline Camping by Pedro Hague

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for light hiking trails

Typical tent wires are heavier (not stronger, just heavier) and thicker than necessary, plus they almost never fluoresce or reflect light. I replaced my lines on two tents with these. They were made of ordinary nylon 2.4 mm thick. This new rope is not stronger, but lighter and brighter, and the knots hold better. If you have a very large tent and very high winds are expected I would recommend #275 paracord otherwise this cord will do. While they don't specify what type of paracord it is, it is #95. I checked the article here on Revain against the article on Paracord Planet.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not reliable
