Fit and finish very similar to OEM. However, after using this mirror for almost a month, it is not working properly. The automatic settings for users and for looking down in reverse programming do not work at all. It often adjusts in very random and dangerous directions, to the point where it has to adjust every time the driver uses the vehicle. I bought this brand of mirror from another seller but had the same issues. I found another brand from another seller and the new mirror works the same as the OEM mirror. I would not buy this brand again. The item has been returned.
