I like that it is very easy to use and navigate. The software is very user friendly which makes it a great tool for all levels of users. It is also very flexible when it comes to recruiting professionals. It has a lot of options for customization which helps save time for recruiters. Soft factors does not provide any training, but the support team is available to help with setup and configuration. It's not free, so if you are looking for something cheap then this may be your best option. I am solving problems in search and screening by creating customized job descriptions and resumes.
