What does it matter at my age if the humidifier looks like an owl? It received Consumer Reports' highest rating for an ultrasonically cooled model and it got me thinking about this handsome guy. I've been using it for three nights now. For the first time in years I wake up without a stuffy nose, scratchy throat or a hoarse voice. Only thing, at the speed I run it at, the water supply only lasts 6 hours before the red shut off light comes on. I am very satisfied with the automatic safety function and the red indicator light. It is important to drain/let dry daily and the manual includes weekly instructions for disinfecting with vinegar and water. With no filter to worry about, weekly sanitization is a breeze for morning relief!
