I like how you can customize everything from account set up to forms creation so it’s very user friendly! You also have access to live chat which helps immensely when communicating with people who are having issues or just need some help understanding something. It would be nice if they added more features but overall this product has been great thus far. There isn't anything really i dislike about using nuesmd as well since there were tons of other options out there before choosing them we didn't know what to look at until someone suggested us to try their software.
