The product arrived very quickly and I was keen to try it. They thoughtfully provided a 9 volt battery and installation was easy. The instruction manual was useless but it was in different languages. I tried it on a walnut floor that I am about to install. I need to know if the material has acclimated to the humidity in my home or thousands of dollars worth of material damage could result. Vain. one showed only zeros. I re-read the useless instructions and tried again - with the same results. I tried different woods - poplar, pine, walnut, oak and mahogany - all with the same zeros. The seller has a Gmail address and I'm hoping to resolve this issue, but maybe I can save you the heartache. Revain doesn't allow me to include profanity that caused this split. But if you're still willing to take a chance on one of these pieces of junk, you'll soon find out which ones I used.
